I require a 50% deposit to reserve my time and confirm all appointments. I accept deposits via Venmo (preferred), select gift cards, Bitcoin, or cash via Fedex overnight.

I will send you deposit details when ready to confirm our appointment. The remainder of my fee is to be paid in cash when we meet.

I understand life can be unpredictable and get in the way of plans sometimes. If you must cancel, your deposit may be rolled over to another date rescheduled within 4 weeks, or another date during the same tour. Otherwise, the policy below applies.

• Cancellations outside of 48 hours - the deposit is forfeited

• Cancellations within 48 hours incurs 100% of my fee. Deposits are applied to the cancellation fee. Payments must be sent within 72 hours in order to see me in the future.

In the rare event I must cancel, I will return your deposit via the same payment method if we are unable to reschedule our date.

4+ hour dates require at least one meal together. 1.5-2 hours of dining and 2-2.5 hours of private time. If you have privacy concerns or don’t want to venture out, we can order a fine meal in.

Overnights include 1 meal for 12 hours (late dinner or breakfast), and 2 meals for 14-16 hours (typically dinner and breakfast). I require least 7 hours of sleep, unless you’d like to stay up late and have me depart at sunrise.

Multi-day Dates require at least 2 hours of daily solo time to recharge, and 7 hours of sleep nightly.

I’ve had both Covid vaccinations and get my boosters yearly.

I require you to take a rapid Covid test before we meet on the day of our date and send me a photo of it- I'll do the same. This practice builds trust and ensures our mutual comfort and safety. 

If at any time I believe I was exposed to Covid, a cold or flu, begin to show symptoms of being sick, or test positive- I will cancel our date and reschedule as soon as I am well. I expect that you will do the same for me. I’ll never knowingly put you at risk and trust you’ll extend me the same consideration.
